1. Information we collect
We collect only the information that is needed to take and deliver your order and to keep your account secure:
Account details — name, email, phone number, and password (stored in hashed form).
Delivery addresses — flat / street / city / state / pin code / contact phone for each saved address.
Order data — items purchased, prices, payment method (UPI / cash on delivery), and delivery status.
Device & usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, IP address and pages visited, used to keep the service working and to detect abuse.
Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or in-app support.
2. How we use your information
To process orders, payments and deliveries.
To send order confirmations, delivery updates and important account notices via email, WhatsApp or push notifications.
To help you re-order quickly by saving your addresses and recent purchases.
To improve our menu, app reliability and customer support.
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access to your account.
To comply with applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Delivery partners — name, address and contact number, strictly to fulfil your order.
Payment providers — UPI handles and transaction references, used only to verify payment.
Service providers — hosting, SMS / email / WhatsApp gateways and analytics, bound by confidentiality obligations.
Authorities — when required by law, court order or to protect our rights, customers or staff.
4. Data security & retention
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. Sessions are protected by tokens that expire after a period of inactivity. Order and account records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time using the contact details below.
5. Cookies & local storage
We use the browser's local storage and cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and provide a faster experience on repeat visits. You may clear them from your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out and empty your cart.
6. Your rights
You can review and update your name, email, phone and saved addresses from the Profile page at any time. You may also request:
A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction of any data that is inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion of your account and associated personal data.
To opt out of promotional WhatsApp / email messages — transactional order updates will continue.
7. Children
Our service is intended for customers aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
